A Last Minute Decision, Kind of...
So David has been in his three week class that was kind of different because he had his final a week before the official last day. Have I lost you yet? I know that was a bit of a confusing sentence. This was alright because it gave him a whole week of coming home to us at a decent hour, for he did not need to spend extra time studying.
In other related new, Dave has passed all of his classes. Phew! He was nervous about a 100% final (which anybody in their right mind, or left mind, would be freaked out about), but he did pass. Apparently the professor who taught that class was a nut job that left students asking each other what the heck he was talking about after every lecture. Got to love those teachers.
Anyways, so we now have a week and a half of time off as he doesn't start school again until Feb 1st. We were previously talking about Quebec City or maybe Syracuse. After looking into costs and forecasts we decided we would go BIG because we can't really go HOME.
For only a few hundred dollars more we could go to New York instead of Quebec city and the weather would be 20 degrees warmer. It was pretty much a no brainer.
New York City here we come!
(Insert pictures of Abby at Times Square, Lewis hailing a cab and David taking a stroll through Central Park here). Soooo excited!!!!
